The Crona Development Ltd is seeking a well-organized and communicative professional for the position of Customer Care Assistant, responsible for supporting clients after property

Key Responsibilities

    • Handle and monitor clients’ requests after property handover
    • Coordinate with technical departments, contractors, and suppliers for issue resolution
    • Follow up on pending matters and ensure timely completion of tasks
    • Maintain and update records, reports, and CRM systems
    • Schedule property inspections and client meetings
    • Provide high-quality customer service and professional communication

Requirements

    • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or real estate/development will be considered an advantage
    • Very good command of Greek and English languages
    • Knowledge of the Russian language is considered a mandatory requirement
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
    • Professionalism, responsibility, and team spirit
