The Crona Development Ltd is seeking a well-organized and communicative professional for the position of Customer Care Assistant, responsible for supporting clients after property
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and monitor clients’ requests after property handover
- Coordinate with technical departments, contractors, and suppliers for issue resolution
- Follow up on pending matters and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain and update records, reports, and CRM systems
- Schedule property inspections and client meetings
- Provide high-quality customer service and professional communication
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or real estate/development will be considered an advantage
- Very good command of Greek and English languages
- Knowledge of the Russian language is considered a mandatory requirement
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Professionalism, responsibility, and team spirit
