A.M. One Visit Solutions Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing procurement activities, supplier coordination, and material purchasing processes, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and effective cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• • Manage procurement processes for construction materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Prepare and compare quotations, purchase orders, and procurement reports
  • Monitor material deliveries and ensure timely supply to projects and warehouses
  • Maintain and update supplier and procurement records
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and the Accounting Department regarding procurement needs and payments
  • Monitor procurement budgets and support cost optimization initiatives
  • Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and company standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company procedures and project requirements

Requirements

• • Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • (or 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing)
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain processes, preferably in the construction or building materials sector
  • Good understanding of construction materials and supplier management
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (advanced Excel required)
  • Very good command of the English language (written and spoken)
